When we acquired the 16,800 sq ft Ashley House, a prestigious commercial building adjacent to Altrincham town centre, we were so impressed that we decided to move our own headquarters there.

 

Ashley House boasts 39 off-road parking spaces –a rarity in a town centre location. Very convenient for both the M56 and M6 motorways, Ashley House underwent a complete refurbishment to a very high standard after our acquisition.

 

While Property Route is based on the fourth floor, quality office space was soon fully let on the other three floors despite the very competitive South Manchester office space market. Tenants were able to negotiate direct with us rather than through an agent.
