Peter Buckles
Operations Director
Peter joined the Property Route team in December 2007 from Savills Commercial Ltd. He has brought with him seven years Commercial and Residential property experience working with clients such as UBS Global Asset Management, Morley Pooled Pension, GE Capital, Deutsche Bank.
Peter is in charge of the finance function for the company working within a team of four. Peters responsibilities range from controlling the cash flow of the company, Liaising with the managing agents to ensuring all rents are collected on a timely basis to cover all loans.
Peter also advises on ongoing asset management, development and adding value to all property and company investments.
