Property investment company, Property Route, has let the remaining three floors at its 16,800 sq ft Ashley House headquarters in Altrincham.
The whole building has now been let after just six months on the market.
Fast growing recruitment outsourcing specialists, Omni RMS, has taken the 2,200 sq ft third floor of the building, while Wolstenholmes Solicitors and internet marketing company, It’s Cold Outside, have leased the first and second floors respectively.
Property Route, which has made Ashley House the company’s North West headquarters, has moved into the top floor of the four-floor building on Ashley Road on the border of Hale and Altrincham.
