Matthews & Goodman are delighted to have been instructed to manage the UK commercial property portfolio owned by Nabeel Chowdery’s Property Route. The Altrincham based company owns a range of office, retail and industrial properties having a value of over £150 million. The instruction will cover rent and service charge collection, as well as general property advice. Matthews & Goodman will also carry out letting of available space, act for the landlords in rent review negotiations and advise on dilapidations.
The majority of the Property Route portfolio is based in the North West of the UK and the instruction will be managed from the Manchester office of Matthews & Goodman.
