Nick developed his property industry expertise spending seven years as an estate agent after graduating from university. Managing offices for Bridgfords and Jordan Fishwick, Nick established a reputation as one of the most respected agents in Cheshire and eventually took the role of area manager for Countrywide Estate Agents where he was responsible for twelve offices in the North West. Nick heads up the residential property division at Property Route, where he has been instrumental in establishing Property Route as one of the leading investment and development companies in the North West and central London markets.
